Though the spooky season has arrived, this month's updates are anything but eerie. Launchable’s developers have crammed a ton of new features and improvements into our October product updates, removing bottlenecks and keeping your developers happy.

Launchable knows that you need to be able to access important data quickly, without spending hours digging through your email inbox. We've recently concentrated on providing more significant data in the Launchable webapp so that you can understand the significance of Predictive Test Selection and troubleshoot issues quickly.

View monthly time savings from Predictive Test Selection

Predictive Test Selection is all about saving time without introducing risk. To that end, you can now see how much test time your team saves each month with Predictive Test Selection in the Launchable webapp.

Previously this data was only available in monthly email reports. Now you can check these values anytime – no more digging through emails!

View time savings for individual Predictive Test Selection test sessions

In addition to the aggregate values shown above, you can now view time savings values for every individual test session that used Predictive Test Selection (subsets). The value is shown in the Subset Impact section of the test session summary row, which is shown in various places across the Launchable webapp.

View input test lists for test sessions with subset requests

You can now view the combined input test lists for test sessions with subset requests. This list is shown on the Predictive Test Selection - Analyze Test Session page for each test session, which you can reach from the Predictive Test Selection - Analyze page in your workspace.

This is useful for confirming that the CLI detected the complete list of input tests for your subset requests.

Now devs immediately know which tests failed — without going to CI or emails.

We've made Launchable even more dev-focused with our Slack integration. The Launchable Slack app notifies developers when their test sessions finish so they can immediately take action on the results, whether triaging failures or merging a PR. In addition, developers can create subscriptions to receive personal notifications about test sessions run against their branches/pull requests or other test sessions they care about.

No more jumping between your email inbox, your CI system, or your Git hosting service - stay in Slack and get all the details of your runs.
